Demand for wide format printing continues to soar. Through a lot of testing and retesting, we have found a series of mounting methods that works with our media, our mounting board, and our climate. It's a steep learning curve, but we're making great strides. The testing continues!

State of Colorado Recognized for Outstanding Improvements in the Mailing Center
The State of Colorado's Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) was named Mail Center of the Year by IPMA. "It has indeed been an amazing year of growth and evolution," explains Manager Mike Lincoln.
Efforts in 2011 include:
· An estimated postage savings of $1.6 million based on 5 digit presorting;
· Launching a Flat Manifesting System, saving $100,000 in postage;
· Creating an Address Quality Program that cleanses the data base -- $150,000 savings on one mailing alone;
. Serving as the first and only state to be a licensed NCOA vendor;
. Analyzing the interdepartmental delivery system -- reducing 50% of the routes, as well as miles traveled and fuel used;
· Increasing productivity 30%.
