Shops Celebrated In-Plant Awareness Week in a Big Way
February 27 - March 2 MTD Products Celebrated with a Leaping Lizards Open House, Great Raffle Prizes, Discounts and Refreshments!
The in-plant team at MTD products in Cleveland, Ohio, creatively celebrated
In-Plant Awareness Week with an Open House on Leap Day , February 29, that incorporated a Leaping Lizards theme. "One of my co-workers made a lizard tablecloth for the refreshments and for favors we had sticky lizard toys," shares Manager Rita Puljer." There was also a red carpet leading to the
entrance of our shop." Refreshments and raffle drawings were used as enticements. Prizes included 2 airline tickets to anywhere in the Continental U.S. (The travel department is in their group), and discount coupons for 29% off printing. Personal printing was also promoted and generated a lot of interest. "About 150 people attended and viewed samples of our work. Since we are in a different building than the majority of employees, it was a pretty good turnout for a rainy day. My team helped in doing a great job of putting this event on!" |
