There is no doubt that the manager of Printing and Document Services at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, an affiliate of Penn State, takes great pride in the work produced by the print/mail shop. The college with over 6000 students offers a degree in Graphic Communications with the in-plant serving as a training ground.
