In-Plant Takes Customers on Tour of Ireland
This St. Partrick's Day Central Michigan University's in-plant will treat customers to a tour of the Emerald Isle during their open house.
"We have arranged for a dulcimer band to play Irish tunes as staff members, all wearing kelly green shirts, give customers a tour of the print shop," explains Printing Services Manager Rhonda Kohler. "In each work area posters depicting landmarks throughout Ireland are on display. Our prizes are secured. The food is ordered. We have a black cauldron filled with gold for customers to get their lucky coin when they drop their names in for a drawing."

Bemis Mfg. Co. Celebrates In-Plant Awareness Week

The print shop for Bemis Manufacturing Company in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin celebrated In-Plant Awareness Week with donuts one morning and lunch out the next day. The in-plant was also featured in its company's newsletter with a headline,
"In-House Printing at Bemis Increases Efficiency, Cost Savings." The in-plant team produces 170,000 b/w and 23,000 color copies monthly.
