Hello Everyone!
How are you? Life is certainly moving incredibly quickly these days, and I wanted to share with you the use of vetiver essential oil, if you haven't already tried it. Its sweet, balsam, earthy tones make it a wonderfully rich grounding element when applied to the kidney 1 points on the balls of the feet. In fact, massaging a couple of drops of vetiver diluted in sweet almond oil over the entire foot, helps us to ground and center. Vetiver is a Tamil word meaning 'root dug up' and originates from South Asia.
So, in these times of fast moving energy, challenges, opportunities, and developing your skills to stay grounded and calm as life spins around you, use Vetiver morning and evening, and on your sacrum (to attract wealth!).

Bach Flower Remedy Consultations
I felt it was about time to officially add Bach Flower Remedy Consultations to my menu of services since I have been using them for many years alongside my energy work. The consultation lasts for an hour and I will custom formulate a blend of remedies to match your emotional requirements. The difference between essential oils and Bach remedies is that you can take these internally, and see a profound emotional shift take place. Overwork and pushing ourselves beyond exhaustion seems to be the theme of this newsletter! However, taking the Bach Flower Remedy Olive, will help to revive and replenish lost energy.
