Hello Everyone. I was reading Barbara Marciniak's book Path of Empowerment. I felt I wanted to share this particular section with you, since it underlines the work that we have done together and continue to do so.  Here it is and I hope you enjoy.

Those who refuse to change and grow in awareness may find themselves facing difficult scenarios.  When you close yourself off from new opportunities for personal growth and change, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed and overloaded ... The desire to become more consciously aware of your thoughts and attitudes will help develop your attention, and once you find your attention, you can more easily focus your intentions for how you would like your life, and the events you are involved with, to unfold.

Knowing exactly what you are available for is very important because it always creates a strong frequency of intent in your energetic field "
