Fall Running Trend - Layering
 As of a few weeks ago, we
officially entered fall. We've been very lucky the past week with gorgeous warm temperatures and lots of sun, so the thought of fall/winter running apparel and accessories hasn't been thought of yet. But I hate to be the bearer of bad news, the cold weather will be here soon so the topic for October is on fall running gear - what's the new trend for the season that everyone should know about?
The biggest trend that is a continuation for a few seasons now is layering. Layering enables a runner to be versatile while outside dealing with the fall/winter elements like rain, snow, sun, etc. With a few different options on as you head out the door, you can be flexible in what you take off and needing to put back on as you turn around and encounter a cold headwind...
