Greetings!

Some of you may have heard by now that Jack Starr has been a little under the weather. Jack had a mild stroke in September followed by kidney stones. He now knows what it is like to give birth to a child. The stroke effected his eye sight and he is temporarily unable to drive. Jack says, "he doesn't mind because he has both Wendy and Patty to drive him around. and besides he is getting great gas milage." He still continues to volunteer once a month at the Free Clinic and remains the medical director for Loving Care Hospice. Jack is in the trophy shop everyday. Sam and Patty are hoping one of these days we will be able to get some work out of him. (we were wanting that before the stroke)

Write down your goals and action steps and put them where you can see them.

Work with someone that you can check in with to keep you focused and take the right actions to meet your goals.

Celebrate your success. This will help keep you motivated and moving forward.
