In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Paradise Creek to the Alehouse on Wednesday September 19th, for a fun night of beer. The Paradise Creek gang will be making the trip from Pullman, WA to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool swag. This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Smoky Brown in color with medium- to full-bodied flavor and an understated hop presence. Brewed with a touch of peat-
smoked malt for a subtle yet distinct smokiness. ABV: 6.0%

Our answer to Oktoberfest! Reddish amber in color, this ale has a bright, crisp flavor with a complex malty body. Domestic Hallertauer hops lend a slightly spicy, herbal finish. ABV: 5.8%

Twig & Berries Stout
Our traditional Irish-style Dry Stout conditioned with just a hint of oak and berries. Sweet, oakey & tasty all in wonderful glass. ABV: 4.3%

Sept 27th
XIPA Firkin, dry-hopped with Columbus, Simcoe & Cascade hops
The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we dry- hopped this cask. Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

Matt's Nitro - Sept 12th Vienna Ale
Our answer to Oktoberfest! Reddish amber in color, this ale has a bright, crisp flavor with a complex malty body. Domestic Hallertauer hops lend a slightly spicy, herbal finish. 25 IBUs; 5.8% ABV

 Fall has returned with the Vienna Ale!
The Vienna Ale is Diamond Knot's answer to an Oktoberfest; a German-style ale that is reddish in color and has a bright, crisp flavor with a bold, malty finish, making it quite easy drinking. Its complex flavors make it a great beer to celebrate the bounty of fall or to enjoy while tailgating, and it perfectly complements the hearty foods of the season.

Chicken Saltimbocca Cannelloni
Makes the mouth water just looking at it.
Fresh pasta sheets rolled and stuffed with a creamy mixture of ricotta, chevre goat cheese and mozzarella with oven roasted chicken, prosciutto, onions and fresh sage. Smothered in our house alfredo sauce and oven baked. Finished with a homemade rustic marinara sauce and fresh basil. Served with warm garlic parmesan french bread.
