In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Twelve Bar Brews to the Alehouse on Wednesday August 15th, for a fun night of beer. The Twelve Bar gang will be making the trip from Woodinville, WA to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool swag. This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Join us for some great Washington beers! |

Aug 1st:
ESB Dry-Hopped with Willamette
Dry-Hopped with Willamette Hops, this deep amber/red in color, a generous addition of specialized ESB malt provides complex maltiness. Glacier hops produce an herbal, slightly spicy finish. ABV: 6.0%

Aug 9th:
Apple Cinnamon ESB
Our standard ESB, conditioned with fresh apple cider, cinnamon sticks and a bag of fresh apple chunks. Deep amber/red in color, a generous addition of specialized ESB malt provides the complex maltiness. ABV: 6.0%

Aug 15th:
Black IPA, Double Dry- hopped with Cascade & Columbus
This one is for all the Hop heads, our brewers grew restless and have created a Black IPA, which we double dry-hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops.

Aug 23rd:Oaked Steamer Glide Stout
Our dry Irish-style stout, now aged with oak is made from 2-Row pale malt, flaked barley & black barley with a single hop addition. ABV: 4.8%
|

Aug 30th:
IPA Dry-hopped with Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe
Enjoy our popular IPA which we have dry hopped with Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe hops. Copper-colored with a malty character up front. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by multiple heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops. ABV: 6.2%

Matt's Nitro - Aug 8th Scottish Ale
Smoky Brown in color with medium to full-bodied flavor and an understated hop presence. Brewed with a touch of peat-smoked malt for a subtle yet distinct smokiness. 25 IBUs; 6.0% ABV

Aug 2nd:
Brown Ale
A slightly sweet, malty aroma gives way to a big, smooth mouth feel with a crisp finish.
Six malts lend complexity and Glacier hops provide a slightly herbal finish. 27 IBUs;5.6% ABV
Aug 16th:
Possession Porter
A robust, American-Style Porter. Chocolate Malt, Black Barley, Flaked Barley, Crystal Malt and molasses lend a deep, reddish-black hue to this full-bodied ale. Galena and Glacier hops impart substantial yet balanced bitterness. ABV: 5.3%
