 In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Skagit River Brewery to the Alehouse on Wednesday May 16th, 2012, for a fun night of beer.
Mike Armstrong, Skagit River brewer and the whole gang will be in the house to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool Skagit River swag. This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Join us for some great Washington beers! |

May 3rd:Industrial Red dry-hopped with Chinook, Cascade and SimcoeA brand new, experimental addition to our "Industrial" lineup, this one's a force to be reckoned with! Vienna malt, Wheat malt and German CaraRed malt provide a malty backbone to support the loads of hops. ABV: 8.5%

Cinco de Mayo
May 5th:
Jalapeno IPA
To get into the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, we spiced up our IPA with just the right balance of hops and jalapeno. ABV: 6.2%

Our traditional dry Irish-style Stout conditioned with just a hint of raspberries and chocolate right in the cask. Sweet and tasty all in one wonderful glass. ABV: 4.3%

May 17th:IPA dry-hopped with Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe
Enjoy our popular IPA which we have dry hopped. Copper-colored with a malty character up front. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by multiple heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops.
ABV: 6.2%

May 24th
XIPA dry-hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Nugget and Chinook
The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we double dry-hopped this cask of XIPA.
Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more
intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

May 31st
'Bungslayer' IPA
Our regular (legendary!) IPA, dry-hopped to the point of ridiculousness and with fresh jalapeños added, right in the keg! 6.2% ABV

Matt's Nitro - May 16th
Possession Porter A robust, American-Style Porter. Chocolate Malt, Black Barley, Flaked Barley, Crystal Malt and molasses lend a deep, reddish-black hue to this full-bodied ale. Galena and Glacier hops impart substantial yet balanced bitterness. 45 IBUs; 5.3% ABV
