Wingman Brewers

In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Wingman Brewers to the Alehouse on Wednesday April 18th, 2012, for a fun night of beer. Wingman's brewer, Ken Thoburn and whole gang will be in the house to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool Wingman Brewers swag. This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Join us for some great Washington beers! |

Each Thursday night at 5pm, we tap a special cask conditioned beer.

April 5th:IPA dry-hopped with Glacier & Cascade
Copper-colored with a malty character up front, that has been double dry-hopped. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops. ABV: 6.2%

April 12th:
XIPA dry-hopped with 4 hop varieties
The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we double dry-hopped this cask of XIPA. Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

April 19th:Herbert's Legendary (Dark English Mild)
We had the honor of brewing this year's Herbert's Legendary Cask Fest Ale. This is a quintessential British session beer, like its name suggests, this mild makes a wonderful mild cask beer. ABV: 5.8%

April 26th:
XIPA dry-hopped with Nugget, Columbus & Cascade

Matt's Nitro - April 11th
India Pale Lager A full-bodied, hoppy lager fermented with Czech Pils yeast; complex maltiness followed with a surprisingly bold hop character imparted by Galena, Simcoe and Columbus hops. IBU: 40 ABV: 7.2%
