Diamond Knot, North Sound Brewing & Anacortes Brewery have been hard at work on three special 'DNA' collaboration beers. On March 21st, we will release all three beers at the Diamond Knot Alehouse. 
 Join us for the release of three very different, but wonderfully tasty hoppy beers.

March 8th:
Vanilla Slane's Irish Red Ale
We have taken the Slane's to a new level with just the right amount of vanilla. Deep red in color with a sweet, caramelly vanilla aroma. ABV: 6.7%

March 15th:Dry-Hopped
India Pale Ale Copper-colored with a malty character up front, that has been double dry-hopped. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops. ABV: 6.2%

St. Patrick's Day
March 17th:
Bourbon-Oaked Slane's Irish Red
All things Irish for this cask, Bourbon soaked oak and our spring seasonal, creating a deep red color with a sweet, caramelly aroma. Complex malt flavors and a very subtle smokiness end with a crisp, hoppy finish. ABV: 6.7%

March 22nd:
Double Dry-Hopped Industrial IPA
The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we double dry-hopped this cask of Industrial IPA. Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

March 29th
Oaked Slane's Irish Red Ale
This spring seasonal had been cask conditioned with oak chips, creating a smokey sweet spring treat. Deep red color with a sweet, caramelly aroma. Complex malt flavors and a very subtle smokiness end with a crisp, hoppy finish. ABV: 6.7%

The Blarney Stone - Traditional corned beef & cabbage! You get nice thick slabs of corned beef, cooked off in pickling spice, Slane's Irish Ale and a touch of honey, layered over cabbage wedges that are briefly braised in beer and spices. Served with our fresh vegetable medley, sourdough bread and sweet, tangy slather sauce.
Irish Lamb Stew - Succulent lamb cooked with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and spices in our very own Slane's Ale. Served in a sourdough bread bowl. You'll love this delicious one-pot Irish feast!
Galway Gate Sandwich - Galway on the western shores of the old country was a jumping off point to the New World. On your hot rock, piled over sliced red onion, you'll receive a nice pile of thinly sliced corned beef. Once you've grilled your meat you'll fill your hoagie along with fresh tomato, romaine, Swiss cheese and our homemade mustard slather.
