In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Fremont Brewing to the Alehouse on Wednesday Feb 15th, 2012, for a fun night of beer.

Fremont's owner, Matt Lincecum and whole gang will be in the house to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool Fremont Brewing swag.

This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Join us for some great Washington beers!

CASK THURSDAY!
Each Thursday night at 5pm, we tap a special cask conditioned beer.

Feb 2nd:

Chai Tea ESB

This extra special bitter, brings to life the flavors of the East. A distinct malty sweetness balanced with spices & herbs with a crisp bitterness; flavorful and refreshing. ABV: 5.8%

Feb 9th:
Chinook Dry-hopped IPA

Enjoy our popular IPA which we have dry hopped with Chinook hops. Copper-colored with a malty character up front. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by multiple heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops. ABV: 6.2%

Valentine's Day
Feb 14th:

Orange Cocoa Candy Porter

Surprise your Valentine this year with this chocolaty citrus treat. We have loaded a cask of our robust Porter with dark chocolate and citrus fruit to create the perfect Valentine treat. ABV: 5.6 %

Feb 16th:
Bourbon-Oaked Stout

An Irish-style Dry Stout made simply from 2-Row pale malt, flaked barley and roasted barley, so it's a nice vehicle for some bourbon-y, oaky goodness. ABV: 4.3%

Feb 23rd
Double Dry-Hopped Industrial IPA

The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we double dry-hopped this cask of Industrial IPA. Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

Matt's Nitro - Feb 8th
Honey Cream Ale

The lightest beer Diamond Knot produces, the Cream Ale is really simple but extremely wonderful to enjoy! Putting the Cream Ale on nitro allows the sweetness of the honey to really come through. Pilsner Malt, Flaked Corn and Honey with just a touch of Domestic Hallertauer hops.
