Washington Brewer's Night

In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from Two Beers to the Alehouse on Wednesday, Aug 17th 2011, for a fun night of beer. Joel & the gang from Two Beers will be in the house to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, we will be holding raffles all night long, so that you can win some cool swag. This is our way of supporting Washington Beer and our brethren in the brewing community, all while providing you a great time! Join us for some great Washington beer!  Beer Release

Aug 4th: Strawberry Blonde Ale
In the search to bring the sunshine indoors, we have conditioned the Blonde Ale with strawberries to create the perfect summer sweetness to this classic. ABV: 4.2%

Aug 11th: IPA Dry-Hopped with Simcoe
Enjoy our popular IPA which we have dry hopped with Simcoe hops. Copper-colored with a malty character up front. Intensely bitter with hints of grapefruit and cedar imparted by multiple heavy-handed additions of Galena and Columbus hops. ABV: 6.2%

Aug 18th: Spiced Brown Ale
A slightly sweet, malty aroma gives way to brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice & vanilla creating a smooth mouth feel with a crisp spicy finish.
ABV: 5.6%
|
|

Aug 25th: XIPA Dry-Hopped with Nugget & Columbus
The surly big brother which we have dry hopped with both Nugget & Columbus hops. Dark copper in color, a distinct malty sweetness is followed by an intensely hoppy middle. A floral finish imparted by the dry hop will leave you begging for another. ABV: 7.9%
