CASK THURSDAY! Each Thursday night at 5pm, we tap a special cask conditioned beer.

To get into the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, we spiced up our IPA with just the right balance of hops and jalapeno. ABV: 6.2% |
|
May 12th:
Double Dry-hopped XIPA
The surly big brother of our IPA is now even bigger as we double dry-hopped this cask of XIPA. Still dark copper in color, the distinct malty flavor greets you with a more intense hoppy finish. ABV: 7.9%

May 19th:
Bourbon Barrel Porter
Imagine our robust Porter we all know & love that has been conditioned with oak chips soaked in bourbon. This cask is just waiting to be enjoyed. Crystal and Chocolate Malts, Black Barley, Flaked Barley & molasses lend a deep hue to this full-bodied ale ABV: 5.3% |

The newest addition to the Diamond Knot family of beers, this is a sunny Northwest- style Pale Ale using exclusively Simcoe hops and LOTS of them. Citrusy, grapefruity goodness; a perfect springtime beer! ABV: 6.5% |
