As we wrap up another year we would like to thank all of you for your patronage throughout 2010! As you all know it has been a very exciting year for us here at Little India, from all of our wonderful parties, events, and even to our Grand Opening of our FOURTH Restaurant in Belmar! None of this would be possible without our customers of course. In 2011 we promise to keep delivering great food, and wonderful service. In this newsletter we will feature another one of our very talented Chef's with one of his favorite recipes. Also we will let you know about some of the happenings at our Restaurants. From the staff of Little India Restaurants we wish you all a very safe and happy Holiday Season!
Rajandera's Chicken Ginger Kabob
1lb- Chicken thigh or Drumsticks
1- Cup plain yogurt
2-Green Jalapeno peppers
1- Small onion (finely chopped)
1- Small Ginger root
3- Cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
4- tbsp Salad or Canola oil
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
Cilantro for garnishment
Rajandera's Methods
Place all ingredients in a blender (other than Chicken and Cilantro) mix until you have a smooth consistency.
Marinate Chicken in the marinade for one hour
Bake at 350° until done
Garnish with light cilantro and enjoy!!!
