The Italian Institute of Culture, Melbourne, is proud to
present its programme for the tenth edition of the Week of Italian Language
throughout the World of which the central theme is 'Italian, ours and of
others'. It includes numerous events in the fields of music, literature,
theatre, and art.
In particular we would like to draw your
attention to the fund-raising concert of the Melmi Exchange Project (an initiative of the Melbourne Milan Sister City
Relationship) on Saturday 9 October 2010, 7.00pm, at Italian Institute of Culture, 233 Domain Road, South Yarra. Furthermore
the third edition of the Unique Forms
of Continuity in Space' International Composition Competition will be taking place. It will feature a poetry recital with Italian poet Rosaria
Lo Russo on Tuesday 11 October, 7.00pm and
a performance of the winning compositions co-ordinated by Maestro Carlo
Forlivesi on Saturday 16 October, 4.00pm, at the Iwaki Auditorium, ABC Southbank Centre, Southbank.
