Breathing Center

Did you know that stress always makes us breathe more?

Hyperventilation and Stress are good friends. According to Dr. Novozhilov, the level of carbon dioxide in the lungs acts as a regulator for the level of excitability of our nervous cells.  The less CO2 we have, the more emotionally fragile we became.  Breathing reduction increases the level of CO2 and creates the best protection from stress.

But what is stress? It's only our perception! For example, someone may say something negative about you and it feels as is a knife is piercing your heart. Then you go on vacation, come back and the same person says the same thing; however, it does not bother you anymore, in fact it makes you laugh.  Sound familiar? By controlling our breathing we can control our perception of life being stressful or not.  During our Breathing Normalization™ courses, people are trained to do so.

Our next online group course($168) starts on Wed March 21st at 6:30pm.  This class will be taught by Thomas Yakovlev-Fredricksen who has an advance degree in psychology specializing in anxiety. The course is limited by 9 participants only. If you'd like to participate, we suggest registering today.

Best Regards,

Sasha Yakovleva-Fredricksen
