NEWS:
- MOM & BABY CLASS with Rebekah (Wednesdays at 10:00) is on summer break. Look for them to resume in the fall.
- Suzanne and baby update and Teacher Reasignments are below.
- No TAI CHI classes on August 15 or 22. (Will resume on August 29.)
- Do you know someone that loves yoga but can't afford it...? Please be sure to let them know about our Karma Association which allows students to pay what they can afford. (Talk to Lori for more info.)

Teacher Updates & Reassignments | |
CONGRATULATIONS to SUZANNE & PETER MIKULA. Suzanne gave birth at home to their baby boy on August 1 and have named him Sudama. Both are doing very well. Sudama was 8 pounds, 6 oz and 20-3/4" long. Although Suzanne is out on maternity leave, we anticipate Suzanne returning after some time off to take over the Saturday Yoga Basics classes at 5:00 pm. Until then, SILVIA VIARNES is filling in... we're sure you'll enjoy Silvia's classes too!
KRISTINE CLARK is taking over the Mixed Level Flow classes on Friday mornings at 8:00 am. Come check her class out!
LESLIE ANTHONY is a new teacher at Fusion and is taking over Monday mornings at 7:00 am. (Leslie participated in Fusion's Teacher Training Program.) We hope you'll join us in making her feel welcome! |

The next session starts JANUARY 1, 2012! Our program is designed to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga, and may also be taken by those who are not necessarily intending to become yoga instructors. Many students pursue teacher training not because they want to teach, but because they love yoga and want to learn more. Teacher Training is a wonderful way to deepen your practice and take it to a new level. This course will build on whatever form of yoga you have been training or practiced in. Read More... "WEAR IN THE WORLD..?" Contest | |
"Wear In The World?" is our travel photo contest that anyone can be a part of. All it takes is a piece of Fusion logowear, a camera, and a sense of adventure! Get creative... with every photo you take, you'll have a chance to win free classes or more logowear!
So, where are you going this summer...? Are you taking a hiking trip or going camping... taking the kids to Disney... going to the lake, the mountains, the wine country, a sporting event, to a ranch, exploring California, or even traveling to some exotic land...? When you pack your camera, don't forget to pack your Fusion logowear (tee, hoodie, tank, book or sports bag). Then while out-and-about, strike a pose with your Fusion logowear, snap a photo, and forward it to us along with a description of where you're at. Creativity will score extra points (try Tree pose if you're game!), but be sure that the logo is visible in your photo. Photos will be posted on our website for everyone to see! Samples are below. (For each item sold, we'll be donating $1 to the SPCA.)
