As women, we tend to spend a lot of our time taking care of everyone around us.... however, this retreat weekend will be a time for YOU! Designed especially for women to celebrate our feminine energy, inner goddess, and creative spirit... giving you space and time to decompress, let go, and reflect, while nurturing your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
(Of course, we'd all love to get away, but who's got the time and the money for that...?! Keeping it local is our solution! Besides, you can sleep in your own bed!)

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm... journaling / meditation
3:00 pm - 4:45 pm... vision board
4:45 pm - 5:00 pm... break
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm... yoga class

Introduction to Meditation

During this informative workshop, the different elements of meditation will be explained. You'll learn what meditation is, how to meditate, and why meditation helps. You'll find that by focusing on the present moment, the mind naturally settles down resulting in a calm, peaceful state, allowing you to connect with your own inner stillness.
