Saturday Barbeque
It's time for Oktoberfest! Please join us on Saturday at noon for an Oktoberfest barbeque. There will be plenty of bratwurst, German potato salad, cabbage and kielbasa, sauerkraut, and of course we'll have burgers and dogs for the non-Bavarian eaters. As for liquid refreshments, root beer is as close to beer as we can offer.
We have no particular expertise in cooking these foods, so feel free to bring a dish if you have a German specialty. |

Safety Seminars
Did you know you can receive notices whenever a safety seminar is scheduled near you? FAASafety.Gov has information about seminars, the FAA Safety Team, the WINGS Program, and more.
Most aircraft accidents are survivable. Whether the pilot and passengers remain alive to be rescued is often a matter of whether they were prepared for the post-accident survival situation. This seminar will focus on how to be prepared for basic land survival in winter conditions. The speakers are John Wood from the Portland FSDO and Rick Bendel, CFI.
Coming Soon: Discuss medical certificate issues with FAA New England Region Deputy Flight Surgeon Dr. Joseph Ray.
All seminars are from 6 to 8pm at Monadnock Aviation in the Keene airport's main terminal. You can register for the seminars by clicking on the provided links.
