mondovinoMondo Vino has been named the new distributor for Our Daily Red, an organic, no sulfite, wine made by Nevada County Wine Guild.  Our Daily Red is labeled as the world's best selling organic wine.  Nevada County also makes the organic 'Cote Zero' and other organic varietal wines under their Orleans Hill label

 

Mondo Vino has been named the new distributor for Fritz Wines of Sonoma County.  Well known as 'The Underground Winery', the second generation owner Clay Fritz displays a commitment to unequivocal quality.  No where is that more highly showcased than in their Cabernet which received a 92 from the Wine Enthusiast.

 

Mondo Vino is proud to bring the wines of Terry and Sue Brandborg to our market.  The Brandborg label is well known in Oregon.  Located in the Umpqua Valley, the Brandborgs craft incredible white wines and Pinot Noir.  As a quick idea of the quality of the wines, recent ratings include Gewurztraminer 92, Riesling 91 and Pinot Gris a mere 89 and each is under $20.

Good Deed of the Month   BOISSET FAMILY ESTATES

Boisset Family Estates and several of its wineries, including DeLoach Vineyards, Lyeth Estate, Oceana Estates Riesling, and French rabbit have once again partnered with the charity Feed The Children in Boisset's "Fight Against Hunger" to help combat the problem of hunger in the US.  Click Here to read More.  Three pairs of Maryland retailers and restaurants have teamed up to host wine tastings for this very worthy cause.  Kudus to Bill Burrill of CBG for his help in organizing these events!
