We are so thankful to have you and your child(ren) with us this year. We are off to an incredible start and are looking forward to having a very successful season.
As you know, our primary way of communicating with you will be online. Please check your email regularly for important reminders. Future newsletters will be emailed by the 15th of each month. We will occasionally send home handouts regarding class specific announcements or events..
If you are unsure of your account balance, your information is kept in a secure online database that you can access at your convenience. To log in to your account go to our Customer Portal. First time users will need to enter the email address you provided when you registered. Then click on " I don't know my password". You will receive an email that will let you choose a password for future logins.

Belmont Fall Fest
We will perform at the Belmont Fall Festival October 9th from 1pm - 2pm. This located in downtown Belmont in Stowe Park. We will dance at the gazebo. Please make sure dancers wear their CDE! Performance Wear (our black halter leotard and black and blue dance shorts). If you have ordered Performance Wear it will be here in time for you. If you have not please see Ms. Melody or Ms. Christel ASAP.
Please arrive at the Stowe Park Gazebo at 12:45. Your child's hair needs to be parted on the left side and pulled int a low ponytail on the right side of the head, Dancers should also wear light performance make-up.
Please let us know ASAP if your child will not be able to attend. Thank You!

Costume Fees and Payments
For your convenience all costume payments will be divided into three equal payments that will be added to your October, November and December tuition.
Friendly Reminder:We can not order a costume without payment. Delayed payments will mean delayed costumes.
If a costume payment is significantly past due we can not guarantee the costume will arrive in time for the upcoming performance.
