     Crestwood has partnered with Bethpage Park Tennis Center this summer to enhance the quality of our tennis program.  Our campers are learning so much under the direction of Brad Shafran, our head tennis pro, who is also a staff member at Bethpage Park Tennis Center, and our returning tennis staff of Liz Waxer and Dan Sedgh.   
     Here's an email from Keith, Bethpage's Tennis Director, about their special offerings for Crestwood families in the Fall and Winter.
 
Dear Crestwood Families, 
     We at Bethpage Park Tennis Center are delighted to be providing high quality tennis instruction for current Crestwood Campers, and our staff is very much looking forward to continuing to work with some of your children in the Fall and Winter seasons. We offer private and group tennis lessons, junior development programs, and a variety of adult instructional and playing opportunities. 
      As of September, we are excited to introduce our new "10 and Under Tennis" and "Pee Wee" programs, in which young students can play on a modified tennis court with smaller racquets and lower compression balls.  Balls bounce lower, don't move as fast through the air and are easier to hit.  Racquets sized for small hands and courts that are easier to cover provide for more fun and less frustration.


Bethpage Park Tennis Center is offering two new Fall programs:

10 and Under Tennis (for  5 - 8 year-old children)

  • Saturdays; 10am-11am; beginning 9/15/12
  • Sundays; 10am-11am; beginning 9/16/12
  • 15 weeks - $300.00

Pee Wee Tennis (for 3 - 4 year-old children)

  • Saturdays; 10am-10:45am; beginning 9/15/12
  • Sundays; 10am-10:45am; beginning 9/16/12
  • 15 weeks - $250.00

All Crestwood Customers will receive a 10% discount for the first session!

Please join us on Thursday, August 16, 2012 for our Open House, 5:00 pm - 6:30 p.m. We will have food, drinks, open play, plenty of fun and an opportunity to answer any questions you may have.
