July 26th through August 1st

Week 5

 ReNaiSSaNCe FaiRe!!!

Crestwood had its very own little renaissance faire with a cast of characters, and two main shows.  The opening act brought many laughs during a comedic sword fighting show, especially for some of the younger groups.  While the kids laughed during the first act, they were in awe as things heated up with the second act and main event.  Lady Adamo Ignis truly excited the kids with her passion for dance, the danger of fire and the excitement of both.

GoiNG BaLLooN CRaZy!!!

The Pre-K and Kindergarteners had a very special event, as they were treated to the interactive stories of Goowin's Balloowins, where the campers became part of the show as the main characters in all the unique and funny fairy tales.

 LaTe NiGHT HySTeRia & FuN!!!

Friday afternoon the sun began to set on another great week at Crestwood, and as the younger kids made their way home, the older kids became kings and queens of the Crestwood Kingdom.  With the grounds as their very own playground, and a multitude of new and exciting activities to enjoy, the older campers of Crestwood had a blast.   They enjoyed a fun-filled evening of Human Fooseball, Capture the Flag and Free Swim,

As well as cool events like Karaoke and Game Shows.

Also the campers enjoyed a nice camp fire, hysterical races like Gitchee Gumee, and so much more!!!

Early Bird Registration for the 2013 Summer is NOW Available!!!

All of our Crestwood families should have received our early bird forms for next summer in the mail last week. Please call if you did not receive your form.  We have already received an overwhelming number of sign-ups for next summer from current and new families. I hope that this is a result of the many happy campers we see everyday this summer at Crestwood.

To lock in our earliest rates and significant savings, please send in the form along with your deposit by August 21, 2012.  In addition to the savings by signing up early ($500 for 8 weeks), all families have the opportunity to deduct an additional 5% per child off the tuition by paying the balance in full by January 15, 2013.  As an example, for a first grade child attending for 8 weeks a family can save over $300 per child.  We do expect some groups to fill up right away.  Signing up early is the best way to guarantee the group of your choice.  As a thank you, any child enrolled by August 21, 2012 will receive a free Crestwood back pack.  Rates will increase after August 21, 2012 to the amounts crossed out on our early bird form.

All of us at Crestwood take great pride in what we do and the positive impact we have on your children. If you or your child ever have a concern, question, comment or problem (no matter how small it may seem), we want to hear about it so that we can address it as quickly as possible.

It may seem impossible, but the second half of the summer is going to be even better than the first half.  In addition, to all of our amazing activities and our phenomenal swim program, we still have some of our best special events yet to come like Pre-School and Kindergarten Shows, Pre-School and Kindergarten Inflatables Day, Crazy Hat Day, Foam Party Week, Water Carnival, Little Mermaid Performances, Professional Wrestling Week, Trapeze Show, Dance Dance Revolution and our first ever Crestwood Games.  Enjoy the rest of the summer and we hope to see you back for the summer of 2013

Sincerely,
Mark Hemmerdinger, Mark Transport and Jeff Deutsch
