Spring is finally here which means that summer is right around the corner. It's time to get ready for the summer, which at Crestwood translates to a whole lot of fun! We love the fun and excitement the children bring here - whether they are swimming in one of our seven pools, zipping down the zipline, creating beautiful arts and crafts projects, playing softball, tennis, golf, and gaga, singing and dancing, or participating in dozens of other activities while making new friends. |

Clothing & Family Fun Day - June 25, 2011
The official kick-off to our fabulously anticipated 2011 summer season will be on June 25th, 10AM-3PM, when our Clothing and Family Fun Day will take place. On this special day all our enrolled families can meet their child's Division Head, our Swim Directors, Nurses, Transportation Director, Specialty Staff and Directors. For those who have children entering 1st grade or younger, you will be able to meet your child's Group Leader as well.
In addition to the meeting and greeting, almost all of our specialty activities and facilities will be available for your family to enjoy, including our swimming pools (weather permitting). You will be given your child's group assignment and be able to set up his/her cubby or locker. You can also take a ride with your child on a Crestwood bus plus don't forget to pick up a Crestwood T-shirt for your son or daughter. More details about this fun day to come next month. |

Come join us on May 1st, 11AM-4PM, at Hecksher Park in Huntington for the 11th Annual Tulip Festival. Don't miss this day filled with fun, music, crafts, food and of course, the flowers.
If you plan on attending the festival, please be sure to stop by our booth and say hello. Eileen Douglas, our year-round pre-school art teacher/specialist, along with Division Heads Stephanie and Christine and many other school and summer staff, will have a craft project ready for your children to enjoy.
