Development Work in Kenya

Sven Mangels (INSP Training & Development Manager - Africa) has been in Nairobi for the last two weeks working with the staff and board of The Big Issue Kenya. It has been a productive two weeks of meetings and discussions around the development of the magazine. Sven [pictured here with the board] says that the visit was important for him to meet the people working on the ground and it has been a great success to make further steps to sustain the project and to build on its capacity. His next training visit, as part of the UNDEF project, will be to Clin d'Oeil in Burundi and then to Nigeria.
