City of Aliso Viejo
Help keep your neighborhood, environment clean

In an effort to keep the area and environment beautiful and clean, the City of Aliso Viejo is inviting residents and businesses to organize and participate in neighborhood cleanup events.

Doing so is simple and only takes a little organization, elbow grease and willing volunteers.

Hosting a neighborhood cleanup event increases awareness and creates the groundwork to keep the community clean over a long period of time. It creates a sense of community and pride among residents; gets folks out for a one-day event that has visible results; and helps prevent litter and other pollutants from entering storm drains and local waterways.

People interested in organizing a neighborhood cleanup event should contact the City's Environmental Division to obtain a cleanup kit and more information at 949-425-2535.
