Special plans in place for high school graduation June 23

Special traffic plans are in place to accommodate heavy traffic expected for Aliso Niguel High School's graduation on Wednesday, June 23.
Offsite parking and shuttle bus service is available at the Chet Holifield (Ziggurat) Federal Building at 24000 Avila Road in Laguna Niguel. Shuttle buses will transport people to the high school from 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The shuttle buses will make one return trip to the Holifield building at around 6:00 p.m. The bus stop to return to the federal building will be located on Deerhurst, behind the football stadium.
Residents should also be aware of the following information:
· Limited parking at the high school is available behind the portables at the southern end of the campus or in the staff parking lot. Vehicles should enter the school parking lot via Wolverine Way from Deerhurst.
· The stadium parking lot entrance at Deerhurst is reserved for VIPs and the disabled only.
· After graduation, vehicles parked in the stadium parking lot for VIPs or for the disabled will only be allowed to turn right onto Deerhurst.
· Vehicles will not be able to access Wolverine Way from Aliso Creek Road or Aliso Viejo Parkway from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
· Parking is allowed on Aliso Viejo Parkway for graduation.
Motorists are asked to be patient and drive safely during this annual event.
