The National Weather Service is predicting the heaviest rain will fall between 1 and 3 p.m. today. Residents are advised to take precautions.

Flash flood warnings have been issued for Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel and Lake Forest.
