Mayor to give State of the City address Aug. 14

Mayor Donald Garcia on Friday will give a "special" State of the City presentation during the annual breakfast at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center.
Reservations are available for the State of the City address, which is from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at the City's new Conference Center, located at 31 Santa Barbara. The new City facility is conveniently located off Golf Drive and Glenwood next to the golf course.
The City's top citizens of the year will be feted, and the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce will honor its top businesses and volunteer of the year.
