The City's summer newsletter is now available online, offering news and information about events and activities in town.
The quarterly newsletter features information about summer activities at the City's Aquatic Center and amenities available to the public at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center. The centers are located at Aliso Creek Road and Glenwood near the golf course.
Information about the local leash law, Town Center Trail Loop improvements and development at The Commons across from Aliso Viejo Town Center is also included.

City Hall observes holiday, public invited to celebrate fireworks bash

In observance of Independence Day, City Hall will be closed Friday, with offices reopening Monday. Essential City services including police and emergency maintenance services along with trash and recycling services will be unaffected by the holiday closure. In honor of Independence Day, City officials will celebrate the holiday with folks from Aliso Viejo and beyond during the Aliso Viejo Community Association's annual 4th of July celebration and fireworks show, which kicks off at 6 p.m. at Grand Park in Aliso Viejo Town Center. Walk with us Monday

The public is invited to lace up its tennis shoes, grab some bottled water and join the City on Monday for a walk around Aliso Viejo's Town Center Loop Trail.
The City's Summer Walking Program celebrates the recent completion of the Town Center Loop Pedestrian Enhancement Project, which is designed to improve the pedestrian experience around Aliso Viejo Town Center.
The program will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. July 6, 13, 20 and 27. The goal is to give people an opportunity to explore and enjoy Aliso Viejo's Town Center Loop Trail and meet new friends while getting a dose of exercise.
Participants are encouraged to park and meet at 6:15 p.m. in front of the On the Border restaurant. The restaurant, located in Aliso Viejo Town Center near Enterprise, is at 26661 Aliso Creek Road.
