Public invited to American Cancer Society event Sunday

The public is invited to attend the kick-off party Sunday, May 3 for the Aliso Viejo-based Relay for Life.
The event is from 2 to 4 p.m. at Stadium Brewing Company, 26731 Aliso Creek Road.
Relay for Life is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs. This year's event is Aug. 15 at Grand Park in the heart of Aliso Viejo.
Attendees at Sunday's kick-off party will have the opportunity to register for or donate to the event, buy luminaries and meet cancer survivors.
Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
