Greetings!
Do you remember when you first felt tired, yet reducing activities and Getting more rest/sleep hardly made a difference? Can you even remember the last time you had a good day of energy? Or Have you just recently noticed that there are some days you just don't have enough energy to get through the day? Or Perhaps you may be experiencing several days of tiredness, followed by some good energy days, only to feel days of tiredness again? Repeat! Repeat! TIREDNESS IS THE FIRST SIGN OF DECLINING HEALTH! |
Tiredness Is The 1st Sign of Declining Health!
In any of the above cases, where tiredness cannot be resolved by getting a good night's sleep and/or reducing activities the body is communicating that you are experiencing your first sign of declining health. Though we know we are on a journey of transition from the physical to the spiritual world, once you begin to experience periodic to ongoing tiredness, you can be guaranteed you are closer than you think to the end of this physical journey.
After all what is tiredness? It is a lack of energy.
What is no energy? Death!
Additionally, if you are currently experiencing other symptoms and/or have been diagnosed with some health condition, disorder, syndrome or disease, your body requires a lot of energy to heal, so if you do not have enough energy to get through the day, you certainly do not have enough energy for your body to "fully" heal. And in due time, you experience more and more illnesses, conditions and diseases.

Why Do You Feel Tired?
You feel tired when.... - Your cells are not able to produce sufficient energy for internal biological, metabolic and biochemical processes AND
- At the same time, produce enough energy for your activity and daily functions, such as to think clearly, stay up late periodically, wake up refreshed, exercise and/or to go about your day energetically accomplishing your daily tasks.
When in this state of health decline, which do you think will receive the energy that is being produced by your body, first? You are right, if you are thinking "internal processes." Unfortunately, this does not leave enough energy for physical and mental activities. |
Internal Processes 1st Call On Energy Production
When the cells of the human body are not producing enough energy for internal processes, such as keeping your heart beating, bowels moving, bladder excreting, etc., in time you become diseased and when unable to produce any energy at all, you die. So the first call or priority for any amount of energy being produced is your vital organs and glands. You may have observed this... - If you have ever been so ill that you could not get out of bed, until you had recovered from your illness, or
- When a physician prescribes bed rest to recover from an illness in order to conserve energy to heal faster.
Though a person who has severe pain is challenged to get out of bed, it is more reasonable to assume that if a diseased person is bedridden, that their disease is orthopedic related. In other words, if a person had a bone, muscle or joint disease and could not walk, it would be understandable as to why they are bedridden. However, if a person was not in such severe pain that they could not move and they had any other type of disease, not orthopedic-related, why would they be bedridden? The reason they are bedridden is because their body just does not have enough energy to manage their disease and produce enough energy for activity, even if that activity is just walking from one room to another in their home. I recall my first client who presented with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. Joe entered my clinic in a wheelchair because he did not have enough energy to walk. He had resigned himself to living the rest of his life in a bed or a wheelchair, until heard me speak at a Seminar on Fibromyalgia, sponsored by the Breland and Henslee Physical Therapy Clinics, Wichita Falls, Texas. Two months later, Joe was playing golf; he no longer needed his wheelchair and was enjoying life again. So be encouraged because there is a solution to get you back on track with longevity, increase and sustain sufficient energy, again. Once you provide what your body needs and stop interfering with its energy production, your energy will improve, your body will heal, and you can have peace of mind that you have a long life ahead again. Therefore, if you are experiencing tiredness, or its advanced stage, contact me for a FREE Inquiry Telephone Consultation (940) 761-4045 to learn what is: - required to assist your body in producing sufficient energy and
- what you are doing in your lifestyle that inhibits the body's ability to generate energy.

Below, I have provided a list of a few of the many signs or symptoms of Tiredness. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Have a blessed day, Dr. Donna F. Smith. AdvancedClinicalNutrition.com |
Symptoms of Tiredness
There are many signs or symptoms of Tiredness and Fatigue, such as...
- Dragging through the day, i.e., feeling like you do not have enough energy for the next task after finishing the one before.
- Doing the least instead of the most you can do in a day,
- Longing for a nap or for the day to end,
- Not allowing yourself to sit down after supper when you have evening duties to complete, because you know you will not be able to get yourself up to finish your chores.
- Forcing yourself to get out of bed in the morning and wishing everyone would just leave you alone so you could stay in bed all day.
- Symptoms from a new illness occurring closer to the time you recovered from the last.
- Slower healing response.
- Development of more and more physical health conditions and diseases.
- Re-reading the same sentence several times before you comprehend what you read,
- Experience short-term and/or long-term memory loss.
- Watching the clock at work, just waiting for the next break or for the work-day to end, that has nothing to do with being bored or not liking your job.
These are just a few of many examples of energy deficiency and....
No amount of rest, sleep or reduction of activity can solve this.
Yes, the decline of energy also adversely affects mental processes. You not only feel physically tired, you feel mentally tired and dysfunctional, too.
The combination of less energy for internal biochemical and biological processes, as well as physical and mental activity, can make you forgetful, irritable, depressed, indecisive, and have mood swings, which is called bi-polar today, as well as being too tired physically to function.
