Diana Caskey didn't have to look far for a theme for her solo exhibition, but she chose an ambitious one. "I hope that my show will evoke some of the wonder and majesty that I see in the ocean and the God who created it," says Caskey.

Jim Fitzgerald makes black-and-white photos using a laborious process developed in the mid-1860s and cameras that he built himself. "I have found that no other process has given me the quality, beauty and feeling that I want to produce." (More info)

Baggenstoss presents her recent paintings in watercolor and oil, and says the challenge of her theme was "to create statements that work with everyday games that we know." Subtitled "You Don't Bring Me Flowers Anymore" refers to the psychological aspect of the games people play.

Of Ships & Sails: Painting Harbor Scenes in Watercolor

2 Weekends: Sat/Sun September 8-9, 15-16, 9am-1pm

Fee per day: $45 members, $50 nonmembers. Solcyk is a nationally acclaimed marine painter, and has work hanging in the White House Office of Homeland Security.
