| Spring Into Fashion |

Without a doubt Spring is here. With the exception of the traditional basketball power house in Indiana (whoever thought Butler would be the last team standing?) March Madness has concluded for all of our Kentuckiana teams. Now we can move on to baseball, Spring break, great Spring weather, and of course Kentucky Derby Season.
For my family Spring means the start of Little League baseball season. My youngest son Ethan is playing at St. Matthews Little League again this season and he is still allowing me to coach his team. What a blast!
In this month's newsletter, I introduce one of our new fabric collections. You will want to read why for the frequent traveler that this new collection from Trabaldo Togna will make the perfect travel suit for you. I also give you some tips on how to go "green" with your wardrobe.
Our new fabrics for Spring are here and ready for your selection. Please call 502.417.0324 or email KennyG@ExecutiveImage.com to schedule your personal wardrobe appointment. |
| Estrato Collection from Trabaldo Togna of Italy |
|
Old world craftsmanship meets new world technology with this new fabric collection from Trabaldo Togna of Italy. Estrato is a unique two way natural stretch worsted woven Super 130's fabric, by Trabaldo Togna, a Biella mill known for its heritage of fine quality.
The key words here are "natural stretch". Woven from a fine Australian Merino Wool, this outstanding cloth has absolutely no synthetic elements. Every aspect of its manufacture is carefully controlled from the family's sheep farm in Australia to the proprietary methods used to spin the yarn and weave and finish the cloth.
The benefits are that the fabric will move with you, so it is incredibly comfortable and wrinkle resistant. If you are active, travel, or enjoy contemporary clothing with a trim silhouette, this is the perfect fabric for you.
Our new Estrato II collection has 70 fresh styles. From traditional stripes, chalk stripes, plaids, plain weave solids, herringbones, and nailsheads, to more contemporary patterns in dark register to light, Estrato II offers fabrics for whatever your taste level might be. |
| EARTH DAY TIPS
|
|
Helping the environment can be
as simple as making a few easy changes in your clothing habits. Go a little
"green" when you buy, clean, and care for your wardrobe to help the
earth.
At the Cleaners: Save
the plastic bags and hangers when you pick up your dry-cleaning. Take them back
on your next trip, to let your dry cleaners re-use disposable materials.
With your Clothier:
Fashion trends come and go quickly, so wise tailoring can help you make the
most of your clothing investments. When you have clothing tailored for your
size and style rather than changing your look with every whim of the market,
your clothing can last as long as the fabric does, so that you need to buy
less.
At Home: Taking
good care of your clothing means fewer trips to the cleaners. Be sure to hang
your coat and trousers on the best hangers you have, and let your suit and
shoes rest for a day between wearings.
Afterward: Many
of us move on from an item of clothing because of a change in size or style.
Give your old suits a second life by donating them to a thrift store or
non-profit specializing in providing suitable interview outfits to job seekers.
