2011-12 Annual Report: Correction

Sacred Heart Schools is grateful to the more than 100 Sacred Heart Preschool parents who invested in their child's education with a gift to the 2011-12 Annual Fund. It has come to our attention that a portion of the SHP current parent donor list was inadvertently left out of the published annual report, and for that we offer our sincere apologies. Please click here to view a complete list of 2011-12 Sacred Heart Preschool current parent donors. Sacred Heart Schools thanks all of our preschool parents for the gift of your child and for your commitment to our mission and Catholic education.

SHSA Harp Ensemble Makes Beautiful Music

The harp is one of the oldest - and most beautiful - musical instruments in the world. Dating as far back as 3,000 B.C., the earliest harps were developed from hunting bows. The harp remains popular today, with an enchanting sound that ranges from medieval to modern, and from classical to jazz. At Sacred Heart School for the Arts, students as young as 6 can learn to play this enchanting instrument under the direction of Rozanna Thompson, chair of the music department. Read more
