Aloha Team! Wow!  Here we are at the beginning of another wonderful month!  Cheers to all of you who went beyond the call to end last month with a BANG!  It was so exciting to see all of you finishing March with such enthusiasm and commitment to reach your monthly goals!  We would also like to congratulate all the people who came on board with us.  Remember to do  ONE-ON-ONE trainings for your new people within 48 hours after they sign up to keep effective replication going.  The 48 hour training helps newbees get started with what to do and helps them to create their own successful replication system. 
6 exposures
Also, get your people to have 6 exposures to the business within the first week!   This is critical because it allows each person to see divine possibility for themselves and keeps the "dream stealers" away! Get them on the Team Aloha calls every morning, General's calls, demonstrations, 3-way calls, weekly meetings or large events.  (see phone numbers on Quick links in the right column) If you are a new distributor please contact your uplines and schedule your training today.  Have a super week!
Why Are You Doing Nu Skin and Do You Have A Plan To Get There?

This is an important question because the reason you are doing Nu Skin is the driving factor of your success. A big-enough "why" will give you the eneregy you need to overcome challenges that present themselves as you build your business.   Think of the times you succeeded in spite of a hard circumstance.  You might have noticed that the obstacles seemed smaller when you were focused on the goal.  It is an art of practice to consciously choose the thoughts of success over thoughts of doubt or failure then to do the do the right actions that lead to down the path to ultimate success.  Remember that success is nothing more than many small victories happening one after the other.  This is the perfect time to set your monthly goal, then break the action steps into weeks and days.  By creating a daily plan for yourself, you will be set-up to have a successful month.  You will know whether you completed your 3-3's or another critical step in building your business each day.  Month-end should not be a surprise to anyone!  Be assured that this month will end and your volumes will need to meet the requirements for your business. Do NOT settle for minimum commissions!  Be BOLD and set a goal that is worthy of the dynamic person that you are!
