Wayne Homes, located on Boettler Road, has been a leader in the home building industry.  For 36 years, Wayne Homes has built homes to perfectly suit each customer's individual needs.  Customers choose from 36 customizable floor plans, ranging from 1300 to 3500 square feet and from the $80s to $200s (plus land cost).

The National Housing Quality AwardŽ is considered the toughest award in the entire homebuilding industry to win and perhaps the biggest award you've never heard of.  Companies are rigorously evaluated on construction quality, customer satisfaction, consistency, efficiency and many other key areas. The process is long and grueling, taking hundreds of man-hours to complete.

After three and a half decades and 17,000 custom homes, Wayne Homes decided it was time to see how they compare nationally. Turns out they compare very well. Wayne Homes won the 2010 NHQ Silver, one of only two NHQ award winners nationwide and the first-ever winner in Ohio.

Congratulations to Wayne Homes on their exceptional achievement.  To learn more about Wayne Homes, please click here to visit their Web site.
