After months of searching for a new location without success, I have made the decision not to reopen The Crazy Quilt Shop. But I am loving the new Crazy for Quilts Retreat Center and all the wonderful groups who have filled its rooms so far this year. Not a single group has left without rescheduling at least one, if not two, retreats in 2013. I must be doing something right!
It is a blessing to host quilt and craft groups at The Crazy For Quilts Retreat Center--a true dream come true for me. And just in case you need something while at the retreat, "Nancy's Stash" is available to meet your needs.

For those of you who know that I spent the last three months preparing for my son's wedding at our home, including a sit-down dinner for 105!, the day was completely worth all the effort that went into it. The weather was perfect, the bride was beautiful and the groom so handsome, and everyone had a wonderful time!
