Alex Pamboris, LEED AP
Senior Mechanical Estimator
Alex has joined our New York office as a Senior Mechanical Estimator bringing his solid experience in generating mechanical and plumbing estimates on a wide variety of construction projects in the private and public sectors. In this key role, Alex actively participates in design and review meetings and effectively manages all MEP estimates for TCT. Alex holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from SUNY Farmingdale, a Certificate in Construction Cost Estimating from the NYU School of Continuing & Professional Studies and he is LEED AP BD+C accredited. Alex considers tennis and snowboarding his most favorite pastimes in addition to traveling the world.
Jeff Reynolds
Cost EstimatorBased in our New Jersey office, Jeff joins us as a General Construction Cost Estimator. He brings considerable estimating expertise in several market sectors such as Higher Education, Healthcare and Justice. His responsibilities with TCT include regular attendance at design meetings and coordinating changes with clients. Jeff is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Finance. He is an avid snowboarder and enjoys traveling, the more remote the better.
Tema Leviter
Bookkeeper/Office ManagerTema joins our New York office as Bookkeeper & Office Manager. With extensive experience in small business financial management, Tema is responsible for all contract management and bookkeeping functions as well as certification renewals and daily office operations. She holds a BA in Spanish Education from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. Tema enjoys cooking exotic recipes and watching the latest independent films.
