TRAVEL:
All REGIONAL DIRECTORS should plan arrival for Friday (4/13) to be present for an evening meeting reception. Saturday (4/14) will be open for all REGIONAL, CONFERENCE, and ASSOCIATION leaders. We will be hosting an open forum with our sponsors along with interactive workshops. We will conclude the meeting on Sunday (4/15) at noon.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
AYF has negotiated an exclusive rate of $129.00 for single or double occupancy for Traditional view rooms. This rate is available to all AYF Conference and Association Leaders in Football and Cheer.
