Greetings AYF National Tournament Conference Leaders:

 

As your teams advance from Regional/Conference Championships onto Nationals, we want to notify you that the newly enhanced 2011 National Championships Team Registration Site is OPEN for business!In order to participate in the National Championships here is what you need to do:

 

QUALIFY:   

You must qualify first through your Regional Directors.

Once you confirm all paperwork has been completed and certified by your Conference and Region (Click here for paperwork) you may proceed to REGISTER your team for Nationals through accessing your team's MyAYF account.  If you have any questions regarding the division that your team is competing in, please verify with your Regional/Conference Leader prior to completing your registration.


ON-LINE REGISTRATION:  

The On-line National Team Registration Form is DUE on November 21st by Midnight for all National Championships teams. NO EXCEPTIONS will be permitted- your team will risk ineligibility. Any teams who DO NOT register will not have team information in the program, will not have team rosters on event merchandise, and will risk coverage in all Event Media.

 

CHECKLIST - HOW TO REGISTER: 

  1. MYAYF 2011Go to    MYAYF.COM and use your 2011 Login Information. (Championship athletes must be registered at AYFPLAYERS.COM. Click on Events, select National Championships, then Registration Site (*Note that Team Contacts and Coaches also have the ability to register)
  2. Select the Team/Squad from your Profile that has QUALIFIED to compete in at the National Championships
  3. Ensure that all team details and contacts are set and accurate
  4. Confirm the Team Roster
  5. Have a team picture on your computer and ready to upload. (*in jpg format, a minimum size of 300 dpi)
  6. Submit Credit Card or Check Information for payment (Registration fees are $350/football and/or cheer squad, *plus a $3 transaction fee) 

NEXT STEPS: Once you have completed registration you are eligible to complete the following

  1. Hotel: Use your Hotel Booking Code (issued upon completing registration) to reserve the team in AYF approved accommodations(*Note ALL athletes must stay in an AYF approved hotel)
  2. Cheer Squads can submit Music/Team Logo and Colors  Click Here  
  3. Football teams are to contact Dee Grayer to select your Check-in Time

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • Coaches must have completed a valid training course like the one found at AYFCOACHING.COM
  • Football teams must come in Jerseys and bring a copy of their official Mandatory Play Roster (MPR) exported from their MyAYF roster click here for instructions.
  • Teams will receive AYF patches from the Regional Representative, please adhere to jerseys prior to the Championships.
