Scott Lancaster to Develop Innovative Programs for AYF Player & Coach Development

Lancaster comes to AYF with over 20 years of experience in developing youth sports programs. In his 12 years working in the NFL, he developed highly successful programs, including Junior Player Development (JPD), and attracted more than four million players to his programs.

Lancaster is also Sirius Radio's Youth Sports Expert hosting his own national radio programs, the ABC's of SPORTS & The Varsity Report on Sirius/XM SportsNation Channels 122 & XM 143. He also appears weekly as a guest on the NFL Networks '"Movin' the Chains", and has developed the highly successful "Trick It Out Sports" games.

For AYF's membership, Lancaster is developing an innovative turnkey structure to reinvent the youth football camp landscape and provide AYF leagues with a program that incorporates a progression of skill development for young players starting out in the game of football while simultaneously developing the skills and knowledge needed for new coaches.
