The National Alliance of Youth Sports offers groundbreaking new coaches' rating system

A New Initiative to support Volunteers

Volunteer youth football coaches around the country put a lot of time and energy into planning practices, teaching skills and juggling countless game day responsibilities, but most have never been able to accurately gauge just how well they are meeting all their players' needs - until now.

Through the coach rating system unveiled recently by the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS), volunteer coaches can now obtain comprehensive feedback on their coaching skills and the type of impact they are having on the kids.
