AEC-Carolina secures another Turn-key Cleanroom Installation

 

This month our dealer spotlight shines brightly on Advanced Equipment Company of Carolina.  Advanced Equipment Company (AEC) provides North and South Carolina with material handling solutions, systems integration, industrial conveyors, and in-plant enclosures.  

 

Recently, a long time satisfied customer of AEC presented them with a unique challenge. The challenge: Provide and install an automated conveyor system that would transfer reduced friction precision roller bearings from the final wash cycle, thru a cool down area, and arrive unblemished for final packaging in an ISO-7/Class 10,000 Clean Room.  

AEC has been providing integrated material handling systems thru ought North and South Carolina for over 50 years.  The engineers at AEC worked closely with the global supplier of specialized automotive roller bearings to manage the product flow.  Bart Lassiter of AEC reached out to the Clean Room Division of Starrco for assistance with the cool down area and the cleanroom enclosure.   The client ultimately selected the Starrco modular recirculating clean room design utilizing a pre-packaged HVAC system and "Quick-Tric" electric package.  By selecting a fully modular system, AEC was able to handle every stage of the automated material handling, from procurement and design, to installation, training and follow up.
