Starrco is the perfect green alternative to conventional construction methods like concrete block or traditional stud and drywall.  In addition to the green features listed below, Starrco is much cleaner and faster to install than conventional construction.  All of the components are pre-cut and pre-finished at our state of the art facility.  This means no cutting; sanding or painting is required at the jobsite.  A Starrco office can be installed in half the time of a conventionally constructed office, plus these environmental benefits:

• We sacrifice no trees.  None are being cut down to put up our product, because space is created within existing structures.  
• The gypsum board we use for our product features 95% post-consumer materials, with the paper facing being 100% recycled material.   Our gypsum board is shipped to us on recycled waste gypsum pallets.
• Our aluminum framework consists of 70% reclaimed or scrap material...aluminum is a completely recyclable material with less than 2% of the total volume lost in the re-melting process.  
• Our carbon footprint is minimal.  Even if shipping our product from the mid-west all the way to the west coast, emissions are dramatically less than compared to shipping lumber, steel, and other materials required for conventional construction. 
• Better yet, when it's time to expand or modify your space, Starrco products are designed to be reconfigured, making no contribution to landfills whatsoever.

 Recently, an ALOI Customer came to us in need of Modular Office intended to be used for a clean environment in the middle of their production shop floor.   The only floor space they could give up was where their parts inventory currently was.   Since they had no other room to move their parts, we recommended designing a load bearing into the modular office and using the Mezzanine Deck for their parts inventory.   This doubled their square footage and enabled them to keep the inventory onsite instead of the optional offsite storage they proposed. The ROI was less than two years on the project.
