The cost will vary depending on ceiling height, interior walls, and number of doors, windows and other options. However, Starrco office systems will normally range between $20.00 and $40.00 per square foot.

 Recently Modern Group and Starrco provided a 63' x 34' modular office on a mezzanine to provide more production floor space for Stockwell Elastomerics. Modern provided a solution that created the needed production area and improved office space, conference room and break room with limited clear height in the facility. The mezzanine and offices were installed without any disruption of Stockwell's day to day operation.

Our pre-fabricated buildings and portable offices are designed to provide years of maintenance free service. The structural members are either anodized aluminum or steel with a rust retardant finish. Walls, ceiling and floor have a solid impact resistant core with a durable aluminum or vinyl covered finish. Windows and sliding doors are aluminum finish, swing doors are commercial grade steel.
