Does installation require skilled labor?
No. Each project includes a set of CAD generated drawings and installation instructions. Each component is individually labeled for easy identification. All material is pre-cut, mitered and completely finished with no taping, sanding or painting required. Also, Starrco modular office systems have built-in raceways for easy installation of electrical, phone, and computer wiring.

ESSI is a full service material handling equipment provider of turn key solutions. One aspect of our services involves the turn key project management of pre-engineered office buildings. We have been a sole source Starrco Modular Office dealer for the last 10 years with an ongoing partnership that has been beneficial for our customers. The support of the Starrco team has yielded success on many occasions.
 One such instance was a requirement of one of our customers wanted to be able to easily relocate a preengineered office once it had been installed. This particular business has a need to change their warehouse and production area on grand scales at times and this involves the relocation of the support offices of the operation. The quality assurance office of this manufacturer of large earth moving equipment needed to be moved at some unknown time in the future when the requirement for the office was evident. Starrco proposed a forkliftable base under the 12' X 16' office for the application. This manufacturer has the ability to move large pieces of material with its 40,000 lb capacity forklifts that it manufactures. The customer simply disconnected the electric supply panel, moved the quality lab furniture to the center of the room and easily relocated the office within the plant to its new location. In less than one day the move was accomplished and they were back in business.
They liked the results so much they put the 12' x 38' two story you see in the above photo on the forkliftable base as well. |
